Since the beginning of the outbreak, we have closely monitored the situation and have taken action to safeguard the health of our employees and to preserve our ability to operate. Our employees have been working from home from 16 March and we are pleased to say that almost all our project work is continuing unaffected or with limited disruption. Special security arrangements are in place for dealing with secure data. A small number of activities (mostly involving working with schools, including our summer term trials work) have been delayed to 2021. We are working with a number of certification organisations across various sectors supporting the award of qualifications based on predicted grades.
We have set up a COVID 19 team consisting of directors and operational staff and they meet weekly to ensure that appropriate measures are taken and that outcomes of discussions are communicated to employees. We continue to adhere to strict requirements as we start to re-open our Manchester office on a limited basis. The situation remains dynamic and we will update our information as we learn more, but our paramount concerns are for the safety of our employees and operational continuity.
In this most challenging of times, please accept the best wishes from the team here at AlphaPlus.
