AlphaPlus is one of the UK’s leading educational consultancies. The company can draw upon a team of over 300 associates, each of whom brings many years’ experience in education, covering schools and post-compulsory education, as well as experience in many of the supporting agencies and government departments. We believe that the quality of personnel we offer is exceptional, and that the strength of our associate team is central to the success of AlphaPlus.

AlphaPlus associates hold a framework contract via their employer or as a self-employed individual and then receive an engagement schedule for each project they join us on. We undertake DBS checks on all staff and associates. As well as maintaining project contacts, we send regular newsletters to all associates and welcome updates on their new skills and experience.

We are always interested in speaking to prospective new associates in all areas of educational practice. We engage associates on a project-by-project basis, selecting each member of the project team (led by an AlphaPlus director) against the requirements of the project, using our knowledge of each associate’s expertise and experience. We strive to maintain excellent relationships with our associates, and we believe this is reflected in the quality of work which our associates repeatedly produce. Many of our associates have been working with AlphaPlus since the inception of the company.
